Five years ago we started with the development of robot sailing boats.

In future, such ships will sail the world’s oceans unmanned and completely independently, collecting weather data, warning of tsunamis or carrying out search and rescue missions. On the way to becoming the now two-time world champion in robotic sailing, we had some hard nuts to crack. A reliable power supply for our electronic instruments turned out to be particularly important. We didn’t want to leave anything to chance here. The EFOY was very easy to install and integrated perfectly into our solar system. Photovoltaics and fuel cells safeguard each other and have always reliably supplied our boat with electricity.
